Okay, it's true that Kathy and I were spotted laughing together, with our arms around each other at a recent Fitness Expo in Novi, Michigan. Of course, my wife and daughter were in line to meet her right behind me.

During her stage presentation she came into the audience with a microphone asking people to give her excuses why they didn't exercise. The first person said, "Not enough time." The second said, "Not enough energy." Then I raised my hand and she came over. I said, "I want to see just how fat I can get." Got a BIG laugh from the audience and started my new relationship with Kath (that's what I call her). Then, after the laughs subsided she said, "Yeah, right. From a guy who doesn't have an ounce of fat on him." I love her.

In this photo, Kathy had her arm around me and discovered that I had way more than an ounce of fat on me.
